DTRA Assignments Linguists at
the Defense Threat Reduction Agency are assigned to one of four locations.
Which treaty/treaties they they work with is dependant upon the location
of their assignment. The following information is provided to familiarize
you with each site and to give you a better understanding of the various
missions. HQ DTRA is located at Fort Belvior, Virginia. Most treaties are represented there: INF (The Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty), START (The Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty), START Nuclear (Plutonium Reactor Shutdown Agreement, etc.), CW (Chemical and Biological Weapons Treaties and Agreements), and The Open Skies Treaty.
